1) Following is the text of an article about the mysterious death of Bharat Borge in the Indian Express dated 28th April 2009;

In a mysterious turn in the case of alleged sabotage of industrialist Anil Ambani’s helicopter, the man who spotted pebbles in its fuel tank was found dead on the railway track near Vile Parle. “Bharat Borge’s body was found by police. A letter was found on this person,” Government Railway Police Commissioner A K Sharma told PTI. He, however, refused to divulge the contents of the letter.

Borge was among the first persons to have spotted the fuel cap of Ambani’s helicopter open on Thursday last and on inspection found pebbles and gravel inside. There were no comments from Anil Ambani Group which had alleged that business rivals may be behind an “attempt to murder” the industrialist by trying to sabotage his helicopter.
Confirming the death of Borge, his employer Airworks India, the company, which had the contract for the maintenance of Ambani’s helicopter, said in a statement that his demise was “unfortunate and tragic”.

DGCA Analyzing Ambani’s Helicopter Case

Officials of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) are helping the Mumbai police in analyzing the technical aspects of the sabotage of Anil Ambani’s helicopter, official sources said today. Senior DGCA officials have been on the job in Mumbai for the past two days, the sources said.

They said the police sought the opinion of DGCA experts to establish whether the chopper would have crashed if it had taken off with pebbles inside its gear box. At least seven pebbles and stones have been sent to the Forensic Science Laboratory for analysis and tests. Based on the opinion of these experts, the police could book the culprits on charges of attempt to murder, the sources said.

A complaint was lodged last Thursday that pebbles and mud were found in the fuel tank of the 13-seater Bell 412 helicopter of the Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group (ADAG), which was parked at the Mumbai airport.

The experts feel that this could have been dangerous as the stones and mud could have entered the gearbox and clogged the fuel passage that could have led to a crash. Anil Ambani and nine top ADAG officials were supposed to fly in the helicopter on that day.

The Reliance-Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group (R-ADAG) has shot off a letter to the Maharashtra chief minister Ashok Chavan, claiming that

Business rivals have attempted to kill group chairman Anil Ambani. This comes a day after it was discovered that Mr Ambani’s helicopter, the Bell 412, was tampered with.

It was noticed that the filler cap fitted on the combining gear box at the top of the helicopter did not appear to be fitted in a correct position,” states the letter written by Captain RN Joshi, senior pilot, Reliance Transport & Travels, an R-ADAG company.

The filler cap, which is about ten feet from the ground, was then opened by Bharat Borge, a senior technician. “There were pebbles and gravel in the filler neck,” states the letter, copies of which have been marked to key state officials like the home minister, chief secretary, Mumbai’s police commissioner and joint commissioner.

The letter further explains that this would not have been detected in a routine check, and was discovered by merely by chance. The helicopter was scheduled to fly Mr Ambani and other senior Reliance Communication officials from Santa Cruz to the Dhirubhai Ambani Knowledge City in Navi Mumbai.

Claiming that pebbles and gravel were put in a planned manner, it says, “Some persons, possible business rivals, were attempting to take away the life of Mr Ambani. This is clearly an attempt to murder.” When contacted, R-ADAG spokesperson declined to comment. The Bell 412 helicopter has two engines. “Even if one engine breaks down, the helicopter can land with the help of the other engine,” states the letter.

It claims that the gravel and pebbles were put with the help of someone who has knowledge of helicopters. “The helicopter could have taken off but the gravel and pebbles would have soon entered the gear box which could have caused mid-air loss of power. This would have resulted in a forced landing resulting in loss of lives of its inmates,” the letter added.

4) Following is the text of an article about the mysterious death of Bharat Borge in the CNN IBN LIVE 25th April 2009.

Mumbai: Pebble and mud in the gear box of a helicopter owned by Anil Ambani’s company is taking a serious tone. Was there an attempt on Anil Ambani’s life? A complaint filed by the Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group has alleged that business rivals are trying to kill Anil and other other ADAG senior officials are also under threat.

Anil Ambani was scheduled to travel on Friday morning and the ’sabotage’ was noticed just before his departure.
The mud and pebbles were found in the chopper’s gear box, something that could have resulted in disaster if the helicopter was mid-air.

The chopper was damaged only internally and not externally, suggesting intentional malice. Only Ambani’s chopper was damaged while seven others parked nearby were untouched.

Airworks Private Limited, the maintenance company for the Bell 412, have both filed complaints against employees of the maintenance company who were on duty at that time. The charges are under section 440 of the IPC - mischief committed to cause death or hurt.

Senior Police Inspector, Airport Police, Somnath Ghuge says, “Four people have been detained. They were on shift at the time. It’s a mischief crime and they have been charged under Section 440.”
Police suspect an ongoing stand off between the Airworks Management and its employees as the reason for the sabotage. But with Anil Ambani’s company going on record with the allegation of attempt to murder, expect more twists and turns

5) Following is the text of an article about the mysterious death of Bharat Borge in the AHOO NEWS 4th May 2009.

Two employees of the aircraft maintenance firm Air Works India Engineering Pvt. Ltd., suspected to be involved in the Anil Ambani’s helicopter sabotage case were arrested on Monday.
The police informed that according to their investigations, the two employees, identified as Palraj Thevar and Uday Warekar, played a significant role in the conspiracy to kill Ambani by tampering with his Bell 412 helicopter.

The duo would be presented before a magistrate at the metropolitan court later on Monday, the police said.

The police is also interrogating a former Airworks employee, Vijay Patankar, who was taken into custody on Sunday.

On May 1, three officials of the Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group, who were interrogated in connection with the death of Airworks technician Bharat Borge, were given a clean chit by Railway Police.
On April 23, Bharat Borge had discovered pebbles and gravel in the gearbox filler cap of a helicopter used by Ambani.

Borge, who could have acted as the prime witness in the case, was on April 28 found dead under mysterious circumstances on the tracks between Vile Parle and Andheri suburban stations.

Following the incident, the Anil Dhirubhai Ambani group declared that they have cancelled the maintenance contract of its three choppers with Airworks India Engineering Pvt. Ltd.

In a letter dated April 24, the Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group (R-ADAG) had alleged that the discovery of the pebbles and gravel in the helicopter’s filler neck was a clear case of an attempt to murder Anil Ambani by business rivals. However, the police has clearly ruled out the possibility of a business rivalry behind the case. (ANI.

I am really surprised the way Media acts in India. After these articles the News is of the record and if asked to relevant Police station the reply would be “Investigation” is still on.
I have following questions open to Media, Public and all forums and the administration.

1.	One life is lost and still the investigation is on why so?

2.	Such a high profile person is not interested in knowing why there was an attempt of sabotage which could have ill effect on him and the accompanying persons. Why So?

3.	It is more than 3 months and there in no mention of the same why one life is lost. Why so?

4.	What has happened to family of Bharat Borge?

5.	Is there any case or charge sheet filed on those who were arrested?

6.	Are those who were arrested witness, accused, suspects or mere culprits to have a case and to forget it soon.

7.	We boast of Vibrant Media and the case is forgotten, what if mishap would have occurred to Mr. Anil Ambani?

Please let me know the details if any one has it and if the death of Mr. Bharat Borge is an accident please ignore all and blame me for my ignorance.

The following is written on page number176, 177:-

26 March dawned a sunny , cloudless morning. The wedding began early, before it became too hot. At 9 a.m. the bride came down from her room dressed, significantly, in Khadi- a hand woven from thread spun by Nehru in prison into a sari that was tinted pink and edged with delicate silver embroidery. She wore a garland of fresh flowers and translucent, colored bangles, rather than traditional, heavy gold jewelry on her wrists. Indira had never looked so beautiful, nor, in a very long time so well~ tall slender, her complexion no longer sallow but “ the golden color of ripe wheat, her fine features like the profile on a Greek coin. Feroz was dressed in the traditional white Congress Khadi Sherwani and Churidar and he too wore a garland of flowers.

The ceremony was held outdoors under a canopy on the ground floor Anand Bhavan veranda which had been decorated with greenery. Indira, Nehru and Feroz sat around the traditional fire built on a slab of marble. An empty cushion next to Nehru marked Kamla’s absence. The invited guest sat on carpet or chairs around the veranda and beyond them, stretching out over the Anand Bhavan grounds hundreds of uninvited spectators stood in the morning sun. In the midst of the crowd was a photographer from an American magazine Norvin Hein, another American who was young teacher at Ewing Christian College, struggled to film the wedding with his 8 mm movie camera.

The ceremony uniting Indira and Feroz was neither conventional not legal. Under the British imperial Law in India, people of different faith could not be married unless they renounced their own religion. Though Indira never been a practicing HINDU nor Feroz an observant Parsi, they were both reluctant to sign a declaration stating that they did not belong to any religion. Seven years earlier Indira’s cousin, B.K. Nehru has faced the same dilemma when he married his wife Fori who was a Hungarian Jew. As usual at the time of B.K. Nehru’s marriage, Mahatma Gandhi was consulted and his advice taken. B.K.Nehru and his wife were married according to Hindu rites in a ceremony performed by Professor Kalla of Delhi university who device a sequence of rituals which. According to him , were the original Vedic rites of marriage. Though Hindu law precipitated a Hindu marrying a non Hindu, Hindu rites did not require confession of faith and this meant that a non Hindu could go through a Hindu ceremony. But such a marriage was not recognized by either British or Hindu law. Hence the illegality of both B.K.Nehru’s and Indira’s marriages.

Like B.K.Nehru’s wedding, Indira and Feroze’s rites were performed by Professor Kalla and followed the earlier ceremony exactly except for a Sanskrit verse which Indira chose to recite because of it’s political resonance in 1942. If there are any people in the four quarters of the earth who venture to deprive us of our freedom mark! Here U an, sword in hand prepared to resist them to the last. I pray for the spreading light of freedom may it envelope us on all sides. The ceremony took two hours = short and simple standards. Throughout the aroma of incense filled the air , a priest chanted the fire sizzled as clarified butter was poured into it from a silver spoon.

…….

As per this book as per the British or Hindu rules of that time it seems and has been categorized to say it was illegal. If this book is unbiased and is truth then what was the religion of the siblings of Indiraji and Firozeji?

If any one can read this book and entirely and conclude then only the religion of next generation of Indiraji’s religion can be established.

I do not know the validity of this book, but if this is truth it is upon historians to tell the religion of Indiraji’s siblings.

My dining table is having a photo frame of Indiraji saying: How any one can be Indian, but not be proud. I am a die hard Congressman. But it hurts me that the religion of the ones who have died for the country is held up and when our constitution allows all to practice the religion of their choice, then why there are so huge uproars and so much political mileage being given.

Indiraji and all her siblings are INDIANS and died as Indians, No way religion should be forced upon and made be an issue by any party and take a political advantage of such brave family. I am ashamed of being called Indian if religion is the issue for our elections. I am sorry but all those who are more focused on religion must take a note that this family has done more than any family to India and all Indians woe a great respect for this family. First feel the pain of brutal murders, and then force this family into the battle of religion. I am sorry…. i cry what if Indiraji would have been today to see this nonsense going on.

I AM SOORY…. I CRY WHAT IF INDIRAJI WOULD HAVE BEEN TODAY TO SEE THIS NONSENSE GOING ON.

I am referring to book by name Indira, ‘The Life Of Indira Nehru Gandhi’ by Katherine Frank published by Harper Collins in the year 2007

Following is written on page 401.

By the time emergency was declared. Sanjay (GANDHI) already had two of his men in key position of civic power in Delhi. Kisan Chand, a malleable man, had been selected as the New Lieutenant Governor of Delhi by Sanjay’s friend Navin Chawla, a high ranking civil servant in the Indian administrative service. Chawla in turn became Chand’s secretary and powerful administer in his own right, running the Delhi Development Authority on Sanjay’s orders...

On page number 422 following is written

Navin Chawla, in contrast, performed like a matinee idol- smooth, convincing, articulate- but utterly implausible. Like many of those who testified before Shah, Chawla pleaded ignorance. He claimed that he had no hand in the demolition operations and that Jagmohan and those under Jagmohan acted independently of Chawla’s boss, the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi, Kishan Chand, Chawla also insisted that his own long standing relationship with Sanjay Gandhi did not any way impinge on his official actions as Chand’s secretary. With heavy irony, Shah congratulated Chawla on his “compartmentalized mind”

Predictably, nothing in Chawla’s testimony was self incriminating. Others however gave evidence that revealed enormous and sinister power Chawla wielded during emergency, He was Sanjay’s henchman and carried out his orders, but he also used the emergency to settle his own scores. Particularly shocking was the way Chawla in the words of Shah commission report exercised ‘extra statutory control in jail matters’ including the treatment of detenus [sick] Chawla not only specified who should be arrested and jailed but also how they were to be treated in prison. His orders included ‘the construction of [special] … cells with asbestos roof to “basic” certain prisoners

So my question to all including media “ Is this the same Navin Chawla quoted in book is gong to become our next election commissioner?

If the answer is yes then media should act wisely. If the answer is no then I am sorry but I have quoted from a book which for sale at any good book shop.

I do not mean any harm or image damaging issue I have quoted the matter from the nook and for writing this kind of things I am not responsible. NO book for sure is accurate and there are many which are biased and are meant to harm big persona. I am sorry, but the book says so. It is upon media or the officials of this blog to dig it out.

I am writing this as second part of my last post. I wish to tell the ground realities through this with my kind of experience.

I will omit the names as I do not seek to annoy any one.

On one of the election campaigns with a prominent leader in congress I came across a funny experience. We were at ACHALPUR a small town near Amraoti, Maharashtra. After the election campaign was over by 10 P.M. dinner was arranged at a prominent Congressman of that town. I was offered dinner at dining table being a delegate of the campaign leaders.

One of my senior (I am doctor as profession) was also there. He is now in the cabinet of Maharashtra council with state portfolio... He was sitting on the mat on the floor as there were limited sears on dining table. He being senior to me in college as a mark of respect to senior I too joined him on mat from the table.

Immediately there was a loud sound that:” XXXX you too are sitting with Mali” (this is the community in Maharashtra and my senior belonged to other). He immediately shifted his seat without taking me in consideration as I wanted to seat along with him than a table. But he did not hesitate and shifted his seat and was not at all bothered whether I was also needed to be with him. I was speechless with his action, By that time the table was fully occupied as most want to be near to prominent leader as much as possible. I was clueless what to do.

I was in two minds and wanted to go back to my original place at table. But there was no vacancy. I kept mum as a token of respect to my main leader and not to embarrass him. I went outside and thought of having dinner at my home which was 150 Kms from that place and as per schedule we were to reach by 1 A.M. But as I always say our leaders are not wrong but the system is at major fault was proved to be true. The main leader immediately found out that I was absent from the dinner and asked the host to arrange for an additional seat at the table.

Now any one will and must ask why should I write this nonsense issue? The whole episode exposes how in elections we forget our friends and as a mark to politics we want “ourselves” protected by aligning to the caste system in our country. This leader is state minister and me just a medical practitioner but loyal but I do command more respect than my colleague at so called “HIGH COMMAND”

We have rotten caste, creed, and religion and relentlessly all parties deny it. The parties or their leaders could not undo this mindset. But it is ironical that after so many years of freedom we have not come out of it. The nomination of candidate is not governed by his or her electoral merit but how he is loyal or what is the caste or religion equation of the PLACE he has in that constituency.

Varun Gandhi is summoned by election commissioner for expressing and acting against the law of the land. His party has dissociated him from their cadre. He will face the tune. But why can not any one go back and ask under RTI about the speeches given by all leaders at the time of demolition of Babri Masjid or Ram Janma Bhoomi. They have spoken more bitterly than Varun that time. But today he is the victim and supposed to prove himself.

I will quote experts form the book Autobiography of INDIRA NEHRU GANDHI. by KATHERINE FRANK. As per the book the marriage of Indiraji and FIROZE was solemnized by Nahruji with HINDU marriage practice. Bapuji was not there when the marriage took place. He was busy with the Cripp’s commission sent by Sir Winston Churchill. Till I read it I was as per the curricular expertise was having a knowledge that Bapuji was the father in law. But as per the book with existing colonial law the marriage was null an void.

After Rajeevji was borne there was lot of talk at the family that what should be his name. Does any one from Congress know what the recorded birth name of Late Shri Rajeevji was? As per the nook it was “RAJEEV RATNA BIRJEES NAHRU GANDHI” And as per the law of that time his religion was not recorded.

I am really confused. Why this book which has so many damaging remarks about Nehru family got unnoticed to all congressmen and was not banned?

I do not mean to disgrace the great soul and a true Indian and my Iconic leader Shri Rajeevji.

So to summarize we have deeply inherited caste system and it can not be undone for at least a century to come. Those who can read and write but criticize how wrong is politics and politicians do not vote and those who do not understand go by caste or religion equation.

How will congress justify the nomination of well educated, the most articulate Indian from Thiruanatpuram who has spend most of his life at abroad and has little knowledge about the true real India, it’s poverty and it’s illiteracy rate.

As always this post is not for defaming or disgracing any one. If done so I beg pardon.

I am 46 years old medical professional. I had some how inclination towards politics and Indiraji. In last 20 years I have seen at least 5 general elections. My first experience with politics and elections was when I was in 12th Standard and was at Akola in 1978.

One of my relatives was a leader that time from Akola so I could get entry into inner core smoothly. He was Shri Ghulam Nabisaheb whose elections from Washim (a close town from Akola of Maharashtra) which I witnessed first, He was a choice of Late Indiraji and was so assigned to get elected from there as it was the congress bastion. I do remember irrespective of my important year of studies I was wafting for her Helicopter to land at Akola from 2 P.M. in the after noon till onset of dark.

I got a heavy dose of advice from my father and mother for wasting time for this so called unnecessary act for me. No doubt I cleared the examination with a standing in order of merit and could get admission at Government Medical College, Nagpur easily and I am now a medical professional. This is not for writing my past but to tell about how my journey started.. Nabisaheb got elected smoothly. But after getting elected he forgot Akola and his workers.

I am writing this for how the elections and the politics changes color soon.

I was rather then involved with my studies but was sure a member of NSUI. Most of our colleagues were impressed by Late Shri Shrikant Jichkar, our senior and active member of congress. Later we had some ideological differences and I revolted against him and saw to it that his command in our college was reduced, Leave it

Now I start the real story and why I am writing this. Soon I was again involved in politics after M.D... This time Nabisaheb sought to fight elections from a place YEOTMAL close to Nagpur again a congress bastion and with an assurance that he will get elected smoothly.

What ever I am writing is for all to know how the scenario changes with having same leader for a congress hold fort. He campaigned relentlessly and sadly lost the election, He was told that the so called Ram Janma Bhoomi episode and BJP’s trump card was reason for defeat. As on also he must be thinking so. even today.

I would like to tell though this blog how electoral politics is and how win and defeat are calculated at grass root level, He was sure to win if all congressman would have worked for him. But there were many inner voices from congress, working for him on the face and were actually working against him. How to get him defeated was the main congress issue at the grass root level, I witnessed one meeting at prominent leader of that place and who was then in charge of the campaign. All congressmen worked against Nabisaheb underground. He was given an impression that this election is won prior to counting by him. On the day of counting he lost and all workers were untraceable to him.

In short the Indian politics is never an iconic or forced upon. The real grass level workers determine the fortune of the leader; He then never turned back to Maharashtra. He was the choice of none other than Rajeevji but still lost. But all those who saw to him defeated are at near proximity to him. It is again an irony. Our political system works on so called loyalist than the real workers. No one is really interested on what is the need of the time but on what is called as “CHAMCHAGIRI” in Marathi. He lost with a huge margin and had no chance of face saving. Still we saw him as a chief minister of J & K. So still our elections are fought on caste, creed, religion and what not. Now the same people who saw that Nabisaheb should get defeated will be rewarded with a post to fight this election form Yeotmal.

This blog is for those who go with what this media says with their own judgments of shifting votes and so much of debate how one party lost or won. This is not true at all places. There are forces beyond the eye of media who can make a difference.

All of you know about industry and their positive sides. But they too have dark shadow of political influence. Both need each other for their existence. We go back to history. For starting first textile mill in India Mahatma Gandhiji collected Rs 1,00,000/- from common people for Tata’s. They then started Nagpur’s Empress Mill.

If Tata’s were funded by our icon role model, why then that time they chose the name “Empress” than any other Indian name? They wanted not to hurt colonial sentiments as they were rulers. So the TATA empire of today was mostly supported by Congress as well Britisher’s. This is what I read in book published in early 80’s by name The Rising India. Now Ratan Tata is grumbling about politics and their influence. Mostly his ego is hurt somewhere. This is true with any nice gentleman. I understand his anguish but not cynical remarks about politicians.

We start with Nehruji first. He is the one who started the concept of building huge government owned Industrial empire. He started with Hydel Dams, sate owned Rail, Aviation, defense, Power and so many Industrial Ratna’s. He really had a huge dream for India. Who were the real beneficiaries of that? Definitely Tata’s, Birla’s and so many industrial houses of that time were the one. HOW?. As the basic infrastructure required for all these state owned Industries was provided by these houses by allocation of various tenders and regulations of that time by Nehruji who was nearly a dictator with a little opposition from Sardar Vallabhbaiji.

So the first green revolution began with the strong Industrial lobby of Tata’s and Birla’s’ India owes lot to Nahruji for his well thought philosophy. If you do not believe this, please read autobiography of J.R.D. Tata and G.D. Birla that too written by critics. It may or may not be true.

Till beginning of Indiraji;s rule they (Tata’s & Birla’s) virtually hold monopoly in politics. She changed the face so she is the most criticized politicians of India. She founded another concept of blaming external powers and RSS for her criticism. But from the back door she too was involved in all the game of rising India. During her era these empires had strong foundation laid. She needed money to corrupt beurocracy which was provided by these empires and she started hunting for another avenues for money so there was rise of second generation Industrialists.

She then nationalized all banking sector to have leverage over all established and establishing Industrial houses. She cleverly webbed a net and vicious circle of money rotation. On one hand she funded these empires trough banks and on the other hand she got her dues when ever needed for elections, corrupting her supporters and so many.

She laid the foundation of another rising India with tag of corruption. Although she is criticized most of the times RSS and sent so many to jail after the battle won over Pakistan, Atalji that time praised her as “Durga Devi” after the separation of Pakistan and birth of Bangladesh. But soon after 7 months he was too sent to jail. Most of her ideas, thoughts were driven by the RSS. Please read an article published by none other than Arun Shourie in one of the first few India Today magazine.

He cleverly dug out her decisions and articles from “Panchjanya” to establish his theory of she being governed by back door support of RSS. But her empire was threatened by the rising poverty and huge uproar in rural India. She had no other choice but to declare emergency for borrowing time for cooling the mass uproar. This emerging Mass Appealing Politician was seen by all industrial houses as threat and there was rise of JANATA PARTY.

Please let me know how could a party of different ideologies and relations came together and could fight an election against the most powerful lady of all the times ( another is M. Thacher ) with in a span of few months and could easily win? Where did they get all financial resources from? Did all Janata Party leaders fought election without penny or with their own money? Answer is simple. The established industrial houses did not want her to rule so was the ready made option available. Soon in 13 months this new party collapsed.

Do you think it was RSS minded people who wanted to part away? NO, again these houses could not digest Morarjibhai as another dictator to govern them. These houses thought to have a snake than a cobra. And another era of Indiraji started. This time she was wise enough to understand the economy of politics and started third generation of entrepreneurs. INDIANS DO ALSO OWE TO BRING INDIA ON THE MAP OF GLOBE TO INDIARAJI.

So now we have new players in the game. So was the beginning of Dhirubhai, Vithal Mallay ( father of Vijay) etc.Dhirubhai was the most clever amongst all. He started corrupting political Parties more with hard bargains. Do you all remember the battle of Wadia and Dhirubhai, a clash of PTA against DMT ? Now Indiraji as a leader had new players in her team. So was the beginning of so called Chandal choukadi of Sanjay Gandhi and other young Turks.

And the relatively limited corruption became wide spread. This was then the beginning of Stock Market in real sense. All these third generation politicians founded a new concept of huge borrowing, PUBLIC ISSUE. This is beginning of eighties. Alas I was the one who filled the first form for getting first convertible debentures then shares. This was the real rise of stock market as even a medical student took interest in public issues. I started with my capital of Rs 10000/-.

My first purchase from market was of reliance share at the rate of Rs 113 with face value of Rs 100/- Next was SPIC then was Tata steel, soon Colgate then Castrol and so on. I motivated so many well to do class mate of mine to invest in shares than spending our emerging rich fathers money. The rational of above few lines is Dhirubhai and others with government in their pocket started showing the way of making quick money. So all nation was fooled by these gang of third generation entrepreneurs.

The corruption became a symbol of status and morals as mud. Dhirubhai manged nearly all budgets to his favor. Do any one of you HAVE access to data base of reliance share holding? Most of the Indians thought it is wise to invest their so called BLACK MONEY in these emerging corporates and other well run foreign companies. Now these companies started dictating their terms which was again a threat to our rulers. So there was a cap of foreign external investment.

So again these companies had no chance but to have their equity diluted. Where from all this money came from? Simple, it was more wise to have stake in these companies than to keep it locked in Swiss accounts. So again politics ruled now the new world CORPORATES from back door. As to rule swiss account was more difficult than to these new ” sectors ” (again a new word to stock market.) The spiral kept on going. But misfortune in the name of ” RISING SIKH ” struck. Indiraji committed gross mistake or an adventure to attack Akal Thakht with the help of a humble General Vaidya. We lost both of them.

Rajeevji then came and being humble Indian was not able to read the game properly. He failed into the trap and was mostly blamed for infamous BOFOR’S saga. No one can believe he was at all interested in corruption, The mystery of Bofor’s Saga will continue as the case of assassination of John F. Kennedy. In fact he laid the foundation of so many things that are ripping fruits to India from mobile phones to I.T. industries.

He lost the battle ( elections) for not being corrupt but being honest. We would have seen more better India with the visionary like him. just go back to 70’s when you were required to book a outstation phone call and wait for hours. Now can this generation believe that India had seen such time. The so called media revolution is also his dream. He supported I.T. and now we have so called breaking News in no time.

So many now feel it is wise to see the match on TV rather than going to ground. Not only that but we have so many in I.T. industry as he thought that we Indians have brain and given a opportunity they will revolutionize the look of the world to India. But alas we lost him. That must be the darkest day of Indian history after the imprisonment of Great Shivaji Maharaj. (I am not comparing but quoting an example)

Most of the things i wrote are taken from the following book and various news articles from India today to illustrated weekly of India (many may have forgotten that this was the widely read weekly of that time). So i may be wrong but this is what this book’s abstracts are and those magazines wrote. I may be wrong. I do not mean to harm any individual nor any party or politician. I am quoting what I read from India today to this book.

17) Why still we are quite on the issue of attack on parliament and Mumbai? There is no response from India nor from Pakistan. Is the turmoil in Pakistan a well orchestrated drama to avoid answering the Indian dossier?

18) Why Shrilankan team went to Pakistan in spite knowing the situation there? Even a child could have blown up the bus with rocket launcher from less than 100 meters. Then why those terrorist did not do that? They had really more arsenal. Is Pakistan hiding some truths?

19) If Indian intelligence force is knowing the exact details of Dawood what is making them not to nail him? Can not we have a operation like what Israel do?

20) We have heard of many Rave parties taking place at Pune , Mumbai , Bangalore then where is the logical conclusion?

I will post next set of twenty questions if at least one is answered.

Since Mr Sheshan was Election commissioner he made most of the elections transparent as much as possible. One of the prominent leader told me that for him it was possible as he does not have siblings and do not have greed of money. The total limit for any Loksabha candidate is fixed and so was the judgment of Supreme court.

In reality even who understands simple mathematics will know the election can not be fought by the limit set. All information subsequently provided is managed as party account or elsewhere. If Mr Raju of Satyam could bend one of the prestigious firm PCH, any one can do it with high profile nature of being the ruler of the great nation.

The elections fortunately do not paint the walls for canvassing now a days. If you visit South India, you come across with stupendously large posters. If you visit north India you will have different approach. It is ruled by notorious people and make people vote as per their choice.

In last so many elections we have seen booth capturing, re-polling and last but not the least even murders. How many murderers were booked and given sentence by honorable court can be thesis topic for any IIM school. The situation in East India is the worst. The lefts are holding their bastion like a fortress.

Even leader like Mamta Banerjee made TTATA to shift their project. How relevant she is in politics this time will tell more! With alliance with congress I do not think they will cross the double digit mark. Not because they are irrelevant but the Communist parties are one step ahead. They have absolutely a fortress made in West Bengal.

Central India is all together is different. The caste and religion is prevalent and more dominating. The choice of the candidate is mostly done on the basis of which caste dominate that area than electoral merit.

Coming to the main issue of money being spent is the most difficult topic to look at and to evaluate. Simple mathematics if applied by the presiding officer of Ec as regards to total vehicle deployed, it will surpass the spending limit. Then any intelligent man must ask how the member get elected and get a certificate from EC? That God can answer or a honest politician.

For this to me Election commission is at fault. We may have an approach like in USA for spending. By having limit we have made mockery of our democracy. Those who will read this and will if possible go for voting they will come to know the expenses made of the day of Elections. Each candidate need to have their own booths near the voting center and if proper research is done on it about the money and vehicles deployed, again this will cross the limit set by EC.

Then how does the EC works and give certificate of being elected? God knows better. Even the crackers and procession of being elected will surpass the limit. If you do not believe this please be vigilant and calculative and accept what I say. But the real mockery of our democracy since independence is, the total registered voters do not show up for voting and those who think are more learned and their vote does not count, have made this more difficult to understand what do we need?

After the attack on Mumbai there was huge frenzy for options of none of the above for voting. This issue died down soon and EC says this process may go on and on and they may not be able to complete the election process. Which one is rational must be answered by the person who dig out this provision in constitution and see to it that it is implemented. But who is that guy? Again God knows.

Then the real beneficiary of that SMS was the service providing company as each one of us started sending this SMS to as many as possible. This is truth of those who can read and write and have mobile, but have no time to vote.

Again coming to funds being send by the party to each candidate is secret. There are many who fight elections for not winning but to have the tented money. We and any of our Finance Minister could not squash or nail down this aspect of BLACK MONEY or PARALLEL ECONOMY since independence.None is ready to accept we have huge funds in circulation which is unaccounted for and the funds deposited in safe heavens.

We live in a society which have only two groups of people , those who have and those who don’t have. Those who have think elections are not for them as they are well placed and those who don’t have succumb to compulsions of money or Liquor they are fancied about. I have seen people going to booth with absolutely in the influence of alcohol and asking presiding officer or else to stamp the ballot paper.

Still we are proud of our democracy and when it comes to our door step , we are the ones who are the most eager to blame this system or politicians. For me no politician or political party is bad but those who have, made it so for their benefit are the worst. If the right to vote is made compulsory then we can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I apologize and am ready to change if any one’s sentiments are hurt by this post. I am sorry but this post is for making india changed and 100% voting all through india.
